A new update: the second contest is completely prepared, I even have made a sample for it!
Now I will post this contest as soon as this one ends!
But even then the contest will remain a secret.
You are supposed to post this in the forum as well, I probably wouldn't have even seen this had I not chanced upon it.
Should I post it in your name for other to see, or will you do it yourself?
I will post it myself if you don't (or can't) by 2100 hours today!
If I am not mistaken, The icon is the same as the scene was when you saved it. So to change the Icon, open the scene again, go to the main scene, save again, and then re-upload it !
@ mori-d:
I knew it is some concept in physics. I probably will read it in the next semester.
I searched for it in Wikipedia, but most was beyond me at the moment.
The game in itself was good . But it could be better.
Somethings I felt were missing or didn't like :
1.The goal was not so specific. Complete the level is not a goal. It could have been a bit more like reach here or get to this or something.
2.There was no proper intro on how to play the game, no info about the things we are to encounter in the level.
3.After we cross the part with the blue tile, we enter the place where there are two boxes on either side and they have very high restitution, in most cases the ball reaches the most extreme velocities (7019.7 m/s in the y axis[that too in just three hits] ). This can definitely be avoided, but it is hard to do so. You could try to keep the restitution a bit lower, or probably put up a warning?
Beautiful!!
Extraordinary.
Will be waiting for the targets.
One more thing, the plane (or whatever you want to call it) moves downward if left idle. Was that intended?
