In real world, direction of mixer rotation controls is it loading or unloading /-)
There is a problem with suspension/transmission. Car should bend a little while accelerating or braking, but yours don't.

Nice trick. You could actually switch collidesets go get onCollide every step instead of using gear :tup:
I could greately improve it:
1) increase inertiamultiplier to increase torque transmission
2) change density to keep mass of gear
