Nice, could the same concept be used with a collision engine, so rather than a ball spawning, collision layer changes. Throttle could be density/distance?
Nice job! You should look into other types of engines, experiment and see whats best.
My Collision engine got to just under 60rads (Google says thats over 1000 RPM?)
Hm, maybe. I think its the wings and nose that didn't work, so I might use a texture and a box just to make things simpler. I'll revist when I'm done with my zombie game :3
Is the bug when it spins in circles? You could make it so that after 0.1 seconds, the direction gets reset back to 0. So that it flys straight unless it's found something? Just a thought. Nice job though
Luez - Thanks, I guess? Haha, I haven't had much time lately, thining about a collab of bunch of missiles similar to this, a bit like Raydegs air support thing.
I think you're missing a spring to release the lock, the wheels all line up correctly despite being harsh. I can upload a sort of example scene to try and explain what I'm rabling on about?
Also, love the zipper scene!
EDIT: It worked, ignore what I said above, just had to pull the lock up and it releases, great job!
Doesn't work with my algodoo
Not to worry I trust it works great, I'll look into disassembling the code and might try and make my own version
If you're up for a challenge [maybe?] and have the free time could you try and make another one that works similar to VTOL. I think that would be awesome!
I'm no physicist but light's always constant isn't it? This could be simulating light refracting, as it would if it went through an object, thus the colours change?
