A 1 cylinder outboard engine, with a kickstarter (it doesn't work well), and an accelerator. Please change the speed with the drag tool at max strenght but disabling rotation, to avoid breaking it!
So, the controls are:

L- antilag (if you want to start it with the kickstarter, start first)
S- seconddary starter (use only on antilag mode)
K- rope screwer (only if you don't use antilag)

Drag RED - Accelerator
Drag Dark RED - Clutch out = activated in = disengage

You can close the lid by dragging it. I'd start the engine first!

Nice, could the same concept be used with a collision engine, so rather than a ball spawning, collision layer changes. Throttle could be density/distance?

@MrGlinzz: Maybe with a collision engine it could be used by changing the box distance, or collideSet and having different boxes on the piston at different distances. I'll post an example!
