I noticed the first time you run the scene water is normal, but then after restarting the scene and running it the water becomes bouncy creating more collisions and making the scene run slower.
And Xray, algodoo is prone to eating memory and once you near the ~1GB limit it slowly halts
Sure InsertNameHere! You can do whatever you want to it and use it in one of your scenes if you want! I personally don't think it could handle enough torque so I won't use it in my scenes!
Just a little suggestion you could change the cloud refection script to something like (scene.camera.pan(0) / 50) - (sim.time / 50).
It makes it so the clouds move when the car isn't moving which, i think, looks more realistic.
