i tried to make that when trying to make a PSAS-12(Genesis A.D. shotgun) replica on algodoo, but with a stationary magazine and upsidedown... looks like i'll need to make a NCS Coilgun to keep originality... but there are other coilguns on algodoo!

not really metalstorm - you'll need to fire each bullet electronically, not mechanically.
i tried to make a true metalstorm-tech weapon, but recoil problems messed it up. it was still able to empty 5 16 bullet tubes in under a second, but it fired 3~4 each time(algodoo laserlag)

i've never tried using caps lock as a toggled controlleracc mechanism. i've already hacked controlleracc before in order to make a single direction controlleracc thruster, but without a toggle to use it it would be too annnoying to operate. thanks for finding the last piece of the puzzle!
