Quite neat but at the same time annoying that it moves the camera where you have to move the scene to get where you can see the last target, and not see the stats while your playing either. That needs sorting.
if you click the front cover, which should all highlight, loosen it, drag it away, and then you should see a gear with 12 boxes. they all have an oncollide that makes an array of 75 zero's and ones. basicly, it goes 15 of those are the first line of bits, the next 15 are the second line of bits, and so on, giving you 75 bits.
So you can easily do a 15x5 picture in notepad, put comma's in the middle, make it one line and then put it in to replace the array the box is set to make.
OR, another way, is to make your own array as above, remove the wheel and its laser, and set scene.my.image =[(your 75 bit array here)] and that will make the tv display whatever scene.my.image is. any good? lol
hahaha, this could become the highest rated scene on algobox. Its simple, its clever, its to the point, and it still makes good use of the physics engine to do it.
I wasn't aware someone had done this before in algophundoo.
yep thats pretty much where i got the inspiration from Fujistu lol, my guess is the same for niffirg1 lol.
I'd imagine someone must have made original pong as well somewhere.
Pretty cool, i'd say the next thing is to get the flywheel mass down a little bit as its got too much inertia and tries to flip whenever it goes over a bump lol
I imagine someones probably done it before, but it was my own design if bounce bullet mark II was a reference to someone elses scene lol. interesting discovery there with the speed variance, the description for the cause sounds spot on as well. I'd only tested the speed on a level and not at an angle, so i wasn't aware of that.
It works just fine cheapie... The only problem is the polygon it walks up, replace that with an angled box and its fine. And thats probably caused by it being made by the old phun rather than phun 5 or algodoo. Bloody good theo mechanism there.
Not working for me either. loaded it twice incase. And its not because they aren't colliding, in one tank i was dragging them into one another with no results. be cool if you can get it working though.
I found personally after the first shot it wouldn't fire again, if you lower the restitution on the bar that rebounds the shells out i found it works a lot better.
You seem to be fairly on your own with that opinion so far sonic. Did you try more than once?
Hang on, if i remember right your one of the forum members who doesnt agree with / use algodoo. If thats the case and you opened this in phun, nothing made in algodoo and opened in phun retains the correct spring strengths, so it wouldn't work. Therefore your rating given isnt really fair.
