Just use texture ... :|
Does it remind you of something? ;)
Stolen
Raydeg, you certainly are a master of Algodoo. I thoroughly enjoy every single one of your scenes, and they just get better and better.

I'd like to give you a tip that could make this one just a little better:
When I'm dragging the missile onto the launcher, it swings from side to side a lot, making it difficult to put on the launcher. I suggest increasing the inertiaMultiplier of the body of the missiles in order to stop the swaying, then on colliding with the launcher, return to its original inertia.

I hope I have explained that well.

Anyway back to my worship of this scene. 10'd, favoured, commented. And I will be subscribing to your new channel. _o_

Once again congratulations on a truly memorable scene. I will probably end up playing this every single day.
I think you may have missed a part of what I was saying. I will try and explain it again:P

What I mean is to set the inertiaMultiplier to +inf before the missile is launched (so that it does not wobble when being moved), and then when the missile is placed on the launcher, the inertiaMultiplier is set back to 1.0, which is the value it is now.

So by doing this, the inertiaMultiplier remains the same as if nothing had changed, but the missile does not sway from side to side when it is being dragged. I hope you see what I'm trying to say, but if not I will try and add a scene response.
Well before this scene is spammed with comments worshipping this scene, I am going to reserve this spot and edit my comment as I find more and more bugs. :yum: Good idea right?

Fantastic scene so far from what I can see, I will have to wait until later to play :*) school comes first.

What happened to Su-35? :'(

1st bug: When plane hits the ground, it opens up a window with an "X" in the corner, but it is not clickable. What is the point? Just looks silly 8|
2nd bug: Sometimes random vehicle spawner spawns rectangle with no texture ... I don't understand ;)
3rd bug: Grammar, grammar, grammar ... upon crashing, it says "You loose!". Should be "You lose!". But hey, English isn't your first language :)

Maybe, but RC is easier (no guns, pilot, interior) ;)

Real one comes next I guess.
Mouse controlled might be difficult, so not in my version...
RC planes can climb vertical, yes. Also capable of aerobatics.
Limiters are on now! Thanks for suggestions.
Really realistic, nice!! 9/10. 8|
Achh! Please don't bother using tonnes of polygons for tiny details and shading. Use high quality texture! .bmp/.png shade textures look 10X better anyway, and what you are doing makes so much lag.
K-Wing is better any day, but sure this is nice :yum:
Bad ass! I can't give this any less than 10, so innovative and cool I just love it! _o_
It's cool! Actually looks like napalm, fantastic job! _o_
So smooth, no need for complex variables! I like it. You make this texture btw?

I have to give you a 10 for this scene. ;)

Oh I forgot, how would you makes this texture stop?

3D will always look a little akward, but you manage to make it so good every time. Another amazing scene! I love how you made the interior like that, it's really good.

Engine overheating is so realistic! Such a good feature. I lost engine power, then crashed into the zeppelin in a ball of flames. So. Freaking. Awesome. This is good for the collab too, I am glad you posted it there! _o_

I want to know how it flies though, it's a pretty nice flying model. 8|

Anyway I am sure I will be coming back more than once to play this game, it's really cool! It's scenes like this that make Algobox worth visiting for scenes, even if it is filled with mindless crap.

10, and I want to see more! Your scenes are so great. _o_
No it doesn't :|
rtf54, it's just a techdemo, he won't bother. This is great! Could this every be mouse controlled? :P
For future reference: how do I adjust sensitivity?
It's been done too many times b4...
Give it a route, it's just a car on a plane, there is no fun going backwards and forwards.
I am always happy when people make a good scene :*) so this is great I like it!

One problem: shade textures always look better... :x
9/10.
Yeh it's actually good!

Here is my tutorial though:
1) PrtScr object from Algodoo and import it into photo editing program.
2) Use gradients and drop shadows to get desired shading effect.
3) Import into Algodoo and cut.
;)
Unrelated to scene:
Hey Under Ground, when you gonna finish the Avro bomber? I am going to start building a Boeing B-17 soon, I want to have 2 nice bombers on Algobox ;)
And the result? 10X better looking car. Gradient textures will always be better. :yum:
65 polygons on body to get desired effect, when 1 single gradient gives 10X better look.

Just look at it! It's stripy and the geometries are dodgy.

Still, 8/10 for a nice bomber.
Not work in Algodoo.

Great work man, you are a great contribute to the collab! Although I made it, I still believe it is the best collab.

But there are some things you can do better.
1) Realistic floats. Click the link to see.
2) Where is the rear turret? ;)
3) Pilot would be good.
4) Shading! Simply use textures, I promise they work like a charm.

Apart from that, a 8/10 scene.
Add it yourself! It's easy.
Yeh, sheepborg that is untrue. I (I don't know about anyone else) can manipulate the gradient textures in GIMP to do al of those things. And as Kilinich said, you can combine gradients and polygons to get an even better effect.

Gradient > poylgons.
