Yeah? So?
alasmyfoe - Thank you for reporting that scene which shows a male body part. I cannot be watching Algobox 24 hours per day, and so scenes like that one get missed sometimes. Therefore, I rely on good people like you to report bad scenes like that one (and bad comments). You will sometimes see things that I miss!

Thanks again!

Whatever group (or groups) that you select (highlight) will be the group(s) that will not show on the Algobox pages of scenes. If you select EVERY group, then you will see nothing at all (except an error message). If you select only the Default group, then any scenes that were uploaded and tagged as Default, will not be displayed. If you are only interested in marble races (for example) then select every group EXCEPT the marble race group.

Does this all make sense?

Yes, I do! Thanks very much for clarifying.
FRA32 - As far as I know, Algodoo is in its final state and will never be modified again. And that is mainly due to the fact that the lead developer (Emil Emerfeldt (sp?)) no longer works at Algoryx. So, any mods will have to be done to Algobox. Unfortunately, the employees at Algoryx who know enough about the code to maintain it, do not have the time nor the budget to make any significant changes. Most future mods will have to be only "band aid" type patches.

Everything that I just stated could change down the road, but I seriously doubt it.
What does, "Dis comment chain though." mean? It makes no sense. :bonk:

If you think those YouTube asdfMovies are funny, then you have a sick mind. I don't happen to like blood and guts killing of animals and people. It just proves what a sick, and in some cases insane society we live in.
Thanks, springhydra56, but most of the credit goes to Emanuel (an employee of Algoryx) for the work he did on the changes to the website. I just helped with some of the ideas, and I made this message scene.
HEY EVERYONE -- PLEASE STOP USING THIS POST FOR ASKING ME OR OTHERS TO SOLVE YOUR TECHNICAL PROBLEMS! THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR THAT! USE THE ALGODOO FORUM TO ASK TECHNICAL QUESTIONS ABOUT PROBLEMS YOU ARE HAVING. THAT'S WHAT IT'S FOR, AND THERE ARE PEOPLE THERE WHO CAN ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS AND GIVE YOU GOOD ADVICE.

THANKS

I moved this scene to the Marble group for you.
I moved this scene to the Marble Race group where it belongs. Next time please select the Marble Race group when you post scenes pertaining to Marble Races.

Thanks
A very unusual design for a binary adder, but it works quite well! Good job!
The best place to ask questions about problems you are having is in the Algodoo FORUM. Just click on the link above that says "FORUM" and then log in. You will have to register if you never used the forum before. There are people there who can answer your questions.

Thanks
Excellent!
I hope he's not THAT dumb!
This is an awesome machine (as usual), but there seems to be a problem. After I do the first addition, and then Reset, the newly added balls just disappear when I drop them into the machine.
Works good now!
Wow! Excellent tutorial!

Just a couple minor typos: 1. In the text on Subtraction, it reads, "Since subtraction is the opposite of addition, we also to the opposite." I'm sure you meant, "...we also do the opposite". 2. Then in the text on Roots, I recall that there was an odd sentence where you repeated some words.

Suggestion for this or some future scene: Show some real world examples of how complex numbers are used.

Thanks, FRA32! I'm so glad that we have a good mathematician on board here! :)
Nice departure from marble camps. Good job!
He apparently has a program called "Flag Maker" (version 1.7) which does not include the flag of Brazil.
If the shoe fits..... ;)
They got deleted because you double posted the same scene! I delete same scenes because they waste space and waste people's time.

I don't delete things "For no reason"
If he can't read comments, then how is he going to read your comment telling him to "scroll down" in order to read comments? :bonk: :s

BTW - I contacted him through the warning system and explained how to read and post comments. I hope he understood what I told him.

Good job!
@Ultragamer564 - The new Algobox system of using "groups" to filter certain categories of scenes can only work if YOU and other marble race/camp kids place their posted scenes in the Marble Race/Camp group! I have talked to you about his in the past. So I hope that you don't put yourself in a bad situation again like you did last year when you were banned. Please do things correctly, and you should have no problems. Okay?

BTW - I moved this particular scene to the marble group. Please do it yourself in future scenes that you post.

Thanks

The only thing I can recommend is to not post scenes that use a lot of water. If possible, use only a small amount of water and maybe try to make "fake" water for some scenes. Another thing that lags slow computers is when a scene spawns lots of geometries (circles, boxes, polys) continuously without deleting the older ones (set TimeToLive to small number, not infinite). Those are just a couple of suggestions, but I'm sure someone else may have other suggestions. Maybe post your recent question in the FORUM?
I go to Google "Images" and search on the type of image that I want (such as "Billiard Table"). When I find the image that I want, I save it to my clipboard (Ctrl-C) and then I paste it into my image editing program in order to make adjustments to it. I then save the edited image in my Algodoo "textures" folder. Once I save the image as a texture, then it can be used as texture for any geometry. It's really quite simple.

You really don't have to use funky scripts like I suggest in this scene. You can create your own custom functions the normal way as shown in the following tutorial: Thyme Tutorial

Rather than rely on a few suggestions in comments, why not look through the thousands of scenes in the Algobox archive? That's what I do when I run out of ideas, and it always works for me!
This reminds me of the many scenes in which the users say, "I made this because I was bored". <_<
