Great suggestions, FRA32! I had thought about that a lot because I knew that the sudden changes in direction were not natural, but I wasn't quite sure how the math should work in order to fix it. I'm not anywhere near the math wiz that you are! ;)

Please go ahead and modify this scene in any manner that you would like to and then post it as a scene response. I would like to see how it behaves after a real expert fixes it!
Very nicely done! There is only one thing that I noticed immediately, which is not completely accurate, and that is the shape of the ball's shadow on the side walls. It should change as the shadow transitions between the floor and the walls because the angle of the light source is different between those different surfaces. (Those picky little details can sometimes be the most difficult and challenging to get right!).

It's not very good as a suspension for a car because there is no damping. If used in a car, the car would bounce over every rock and pothole, and the passengers would get a very bumpy ride! It needs some form of shock absorbers or struts, like the kind you find in the suspension of every real car!
macky527 - You have no authority to tell me to do anything. All you can do is to Report someone who breaks the rules, but you DO NOT tell me that I should ban another user or to "teach him a lesson". You are just a young child, so please behave by not ordering adults to do things. That sort of behavior will only get you into trouble.
s_noonan - There's a third solution: Do nothing and just leave it as-is! I can only hope that you'll decide to do the ray tracing because I want to see how it can be done in an Algodoo scene. I have a feeling that it won't be easy, and so I completely understand if you decide not to do it because of the amount of time and effort that it probably requires.

Either way, THANKS!
"Crap" is not a cuss word, and so the scene will stay. Thanks for reporting it anyways! :)
The way that I cope with it, is I just ignore the children and toddlers. Because of my responsibility as Admin I still have to keep an eye on them to make sure that they don't do anything that's too horrible, but for the most part I just look for the technical scenes, and I occasionally will upload a scene of my own. I refuse to allow the little rug rats to ruin my enjoyment of Algobox.

Emanuel from Algoryx keeps telling me that he's working on improving the website, but unfortunately his free time to do that is very limited, and so it may continue to be a long time before we see anything new.

I certainly hope that, in the not-too-distant-future, I'll see the day when you and other technical people who left Algobox because of the takeover by the children, will be back to upload more awesome scenes!

Take care during your hiatus!
jakek128 - No need to worry yourself about it.
Great job! Nicely done!
tomski -- I believe you can only add emoticons (smiley faces) to comments if you use a standard web browser (such as Internet Explorer or Chrome). You can find a bunch of them just under the box where you enter your comments. You cannot add them if you use the Algodoo built-in browser.
Do you use the Algodoo built-in browser? If so, you will be much happier if you would instead use a standard web browser for Algobox!
Yup, not a glitch. You simply made a very unstable scene! Those springs are trying to force an object into another object that has the same collision layers enabled. It's like tying up two vicious dogs to each other. They will quickly erupt into chaos!
Legit - First of all, people do not get banned "for no reason". That's a common thing that children say when they get into trouble with a teacher or some other adult. "My teacher was mean to me for no reason!"

No, you were banned for a very good reason. But since I do not know who you are because you recently registered the name "legit", I don't know what you were banned for. So, if you want me to look into it, tell me your user name that you had before.
Doc671 - That only works with a standard web browser. If those guys are using Algodoo to download and upload scenes, then they cannot subscribe to other users because it does not display a "Subscribe" link. People have been complaining about that since 2009 when Algodoo first came out.
Is this a blank scene? It doesn't seem to do anything, and there are no objects in it? If that's the case, then I will delete it because we do not want blank scenes on Algobox. They waste space and they waste people's time.

Thanks
I was bored so I wrote this comment.
I got a bit bored so i decided to leave a comment.

Hey, why not keep working on it until it becomes a completed bowling game? You just need to add the scoring, and figure out a way to clear and reset the pins between frames. You might also consider rotating your existing scene by 90 degrees (so that the ball rolls UP toward the top of the screen) and show the play area as if the camera was looking down onto the alley.

A realistic bowling game in Algodoo takes a lot of time and work to do it right (I know because I've made a couple of bowling games a while ago).

Just a friendly suggestion.
Sorry, MoBuilds. No blank scenes. If you want to post a Mars landscape, then add some Martian land, mountains, rocks, etc. Make it interesting. Maybe even add a moving star field. Just a suggestion.
Nice sine wave generator! But I believe that THIS IS THE BEST SINE WAVE scene on Algobox!
Great! At least it didn't bore you!
Interesting scene!

The only problem is, it seems to be impossible to knock the green box off the platform because it sticks to the platform like glue! Even when I use the grab tool and knock it off, it floats right back on the platform again as if it was a magnet! So, is it really possible to beat the game? Have you actually done it just to prove that it's possible? :s

When I started the scene, the left and right arrow keys did not work until I figured out that the brake was latched on! You made the brake LATCH on and off which is not good to do. I would make the brake engage only while the down arrow key is pressed, but it should not latch.

Except for that, the game seems to function Okay.

Oh, by the way, I also did not like the fact that the camera follows the bike. When I disabled it, I was able to better play the game. It was less disorienting. But that might be just me!;)
I have to leave for a while. I'll try it again later. Good job!
Um.... that's true. An animated texture can go very fast without breaking!
There's a UFO up in the sky, and it's shaped like a pair of spur gears. :o
Very clever how you seamlessly stitched together animations of chains and sprockets! Excellent job!
Nice try, but you made a common mistake that most people make who try to make "3D" objects with Algodoo. That is, the perspective is not correct. Objects that are further away from the viewer will appear smaller than objects that are closer. In your example, the foreground and the background rectangular faces of the bricks are exactly the same size, but the ones in the background should be slightly smaller.

Just a friendly suggestion!:)
It cannot replace a hinge (axle) because the box is not anchored to another object like it would be with a hinge. Therefore, the rotating box tends to randomly move around. Also, this idea would not be useful for anyone who doesn't know how to script.

Nice try, though! ;)
Looks correct now. Good job!
Koulatko - Actual 3D is impossible not only with Algodoo, but with anything that you look at on a standard monitor. Monitors are 2D displays, and therefore they can only show a synthetic representation of a 3D object. If you want to see an actual 3D object on a monitor, you would need a true 3D display device which, as far as I know, does not yet exist. A true 3D display device would have to be something like the "Holo-deck" on Star Trek.
