Hmmmmm..... I thought he was an M.E., but now the truth be told! Make ready your wooden crosses and your holy water sprinklers, all you Algodooers, and protect yourselves from his evil contraptions! Say goodbye to his beam bending and other such diabolical concepts. The god of analog electronics will save us from his terrible deeds, indeed.
The chain drive is a little sloppy, which is typical of Algodoo chain and sprocket mechanisms, but the overall concept of how the device works is really quite interesting. Nice job.
Now hurry up and get another scene posted as quickly as possible in order to get rid of that evil number!
Hey, if you children can't play nicely together, then you're not going to be allowed to play at all. Both of you get in a corner of the room for a Time-Out.
I'm also going to write a note home to your mommy and daddy.
It's not a "2". It's actually the number SIX! Put your cursor in his mouth and click on it in order to select the symbol that's there. Then you will see it!
If you are interested in forming a partnership with another person, then please log-in to the Algodoo FORUM and write your message in the appropriate topic.
At the top of each page, you will see a link labeled "Forum". Just click on that link and it will take you to the forum. The Algodoo forum has a separate registration from Algobox, although you can use your same user name in the forum as you use here on Algobox. Or you can register with a different name and password if you want to.
SA - I suspect that his mom views this scene as being evil or as being "works of the devil", and because of that, I guarantee that she will not try it. Many people who are like her avoid ALL things that appear to have anything to do with magic, fortune telling, or witchcraft, even if they are obviously for fun or entertainment. They mean well, but many of them go way overboard.
@realHI - Don't worry, I will not go crazy. But concerning message scenes, Emanuel (the guy who makes the rules for Algobox) said that it's Okay to post message scenes if they are used to announce things to everyone, such as if a user will be gone from Algobox for a long time, or that they are starting a contest, and those sorts of things. Message scenes may NOT be used for chatting with other users, and those scenes will be deleted.
You did a good job on the scene! Many people will like it because it's not a marble race, and it's not a algicosthlon camp! Most people are sick of those kinds of scenes.
Not really weird. The stick man's entire body weighs only a few grams, and so he tends to float like a helium balloon. Waving his arms gives him short bursts of vertical lift which makes him move upward a little with each stroke of his arms.
If it's so bad that you don't want people to download it, then why don't you just delete it? If you cannot delete it, let me know and I will delete it for you.
It's quite slow (It took about 1.735 LTU to complete the goat image), but it is still rather interesting. I gave it a 9 instead of a 10 because of its slow drawing rate, but it gets good grades in most other categories.
That's a lot of code to draw such a simple shape! I could draw a circle with pos := [sin(x),cos(y)] or a simple square with similar manipulation of pos values which is the simplest method of translating a geometry.
Math is more fun than anything I could do in my bedroom!
Hey, let's post some more interesting math functions and equations that do really interesting and amazing things! I'll try to come up with some too.
FRA32 - I don't worry about anything. But if, in my judgment, a scene violates the rules, it will be deleted. No ifs, ands, or buts. It doesn't matter if it's an absurd adaption to a scene from a game. If I don't feel comfortable leaving it posted, it will be gone.
