OK. LOL
The interactions between the paired boxes are quite unusual and interesting, and I'm sure that someone may have a need for one of more of them in their future scenes. Good job!

When I first opened the scene, I was overwhelmed by all the scripts that are listed, but I soon realized that there is a lot of redundancy. For example, the rightmost three panels of scripts are identical. And there are redundancies in the other panels also. So, what originally appeared to be a library full of scripts, actually turned out to be just a few pages of various scripts.

Much of the scripts shown have nothing in common with the demonstration in the scene, but I'm assuming that you show them as a handy reference for future use. Is that right?
idk. I was bored, so just before I went to bed for work the next day, I made this comment while also watching "How It's Made" on the Science Channel. idk
If you don't know how to read a comment, then ask ur parents or somthin. Look online idk?
alasmyfoe -- Most people don't realize this fact (not even some experienced Chess players) that the lower right-hand corner (as each player faces the board) must be a WHITE square. That's the only way that the queen can be positioned on her same color square when the board is set up correctly. Devin's board needs to be rotated 90 degrees and then the chessmen placed in their proper positions in order to play the game correctly.

Boyguybrodude - You are right about one thing you said, and you are wrong about another thing you said. The thing you are right about is the fact that you can make your scenes any way you want them to be, even with misspelled words and poor grammar. No one has the right to tell you what you should do, as long as you do not violate the Algodoo Terms of Service.

You are wrong about "No one can stop me". Depending on what you do, I can delete your scenes and your comments, and if you do something that's really very bad, I can ban you from Algobox. That's because I am an Admin.

So, go ahead and misspell words in your scenes. But if I say anything to you about it in the future, it is just to HELP you, not to hurt you. And you do not have to change them if you don't want to. :)
@pnvv - I already said that, but with different words!
Simple fix, Devin. Just remove the chess pieces, rotate the board 90 degrees, then put the pieces back on the board. DONE!
What is a ghost car kit, and what is it used for?
Think about it, Devin. Currently, you have a black square in the lower right corner. If you rotate the board 90 degrees in either direction, you will then have a white square in the lower right corner. TRY IT!

You do know how to rotate something 90 degrees, don't you?:s

This isn't your first upload! It's your fourth one since April of this year.

The only thing that you did wrong (besides how many scenes you've uploaded) is the fact that Algodoo is a physics simulation program, and you are using it like a paint program, and the whole image explodes when I start Algodoo. The image is extremely simple, and it looks like you threw it together in five minutes rather than twenty minutes. Sorry, but I'm not impressed with it at all.

I'm currently working on a game that so far has taken me about a week to design, build, test, and debug. That's the kind of scene that people SHOULD be making and uploading, not your simplistic artsy picture that does absolutely nothing, and it's not even well made, as far as art quality is concerned.

You asked, and I delivered! ;)
Wow, Boyguybrodude, you actually CAN write a complete sentence!
The reason why I say that is because your previous comment made no sense at all, and it is as though a 5 year old baby wrote it. I don't want to tell you how you should write, but if you care about people taking you seriously, you should not write like that. It makes people think that you are a young child or maybe an older child with a limited education.

Well, you are correct about Arrow99 uploading 3 scenes as long as you don't count her first one that was deleted. I can see ALL scenes, even the deleted ones, but you cannot. That's why I stated there were four.

I'm not trying to be mean to you. I'm just giving you some good advice, and it is up to you if you want to take it or not.
Well, we gave Devin some helpful information, and now it's up to him if he wants to make use of it or not. I'm sure that you are familiar with the old adage: "You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink it!"
in a nutshell -- I searched for that user name, and it does not exist. So, maybe you typed it wrong?

Okay, so tell me why you want that person banned? If he/she did something so bad that they should be banned, then you should file a Report and explain what the person did wrong. If his/her scene violates the Algodoo Terms of Service then click on "Report" near the top of the page of his scene, and explain why you are reporting it. If it's a comment that you want to report, then click on the yellow triangle next to the date and time of the comment.

Can you tell me here in a comment what he did that was so bad?
kilinich - For those of us who don't know what a ghost car is or what it's used for, it would be great if you could add a description that explains WHAT it is, and HOW it can be used.
This is very interesting, faytree! Besides making me dizzy, I like scenes like this that demonstrate certain principles of physics. That's what Algodoo is all about. Education!

Don't worry about the long description. I'm that way too. Sometimes a subject requires a lot of words in order to explain it completely, and I explain EVERYTHING with a lot of words!

This is MUCH more interesting and aesthetically pleasing than a Algocathcantalon-or-whatever-they're-called camp signup scene! Good job!
True, and as the Admin here, my hands are tied, and so my ability to do what I would like to do is severely limited. We users who enjoy physics and math will just have to make the best of what we have to work with.
What are you "testing"?
Never mind. Apparently, you don't seem to understand what "test" means because you are from Japan, and you do not read or write English very well. Sorry...
Thanks, everyone! :)

My best score was 1250, and that was after practicing for a number of games.

@T'wind -- "Cute Cat Videos"? "Weird Tags"? Gee, thanks for helping me out with the extra tags...................... NOT!

pnvv - I think we are expected to read kilinich's mind! I don't have that power, and so I'm out of luck.
Excellent job, kilinich! The ghost car concept is brilliant, and it works very well! _o_
@FRA32 -- Interesting concept, and very nicely done!

I have a suggestion and a question:

Suggestion: Increase the transparency of the player's paddle (60% seems about right) so that the ball can be seen through the paddle rather than be blocked from view.

Question: in many of the equations, sim.frequency is used. For example: "vel = vel + _curve / 10 / sim.frequency" Why is sim.frequency needed?

Thanks!

I'm sure that many people (including ME) would appreciate very much if you would be willing to lay out each of the functions individually and describe what the function does, and how it can be used in a scene. Maybe post it in the Algodoo forum as a handy reference document in much the same way that others have done. Currently, all that script is truly overwhelming, and although I can figure out some of the simpler ones, many of them would take hours of time to figure out what the input variables and conditions are, as well as the output variables and actions. If you don't have the time to organize them in some sort of detailed manner, even just a brief explanation of each function with a description of each input variable would be very much appreciated.

Thanks in advance! :)
I'm having the same problem as kilinich. The scene won't run at all.
How will this fix Algobox? It makes no sense. :s
The cursor separates from the paddle if moved too quickly. By increasing the sim frequency, the paddle stays glued to the cursor much better, and I found that 300Hz is about right for my computer.

@The Linkage: -50 Torpedos? :s I think you should win a prize for that!

@MLMoyman33 - No, people are not evil simply because they don't like the same things that you like.
Just curious, why do you keep apologizing to Jack Spero? Who is he? :s
