Couldn't load more than two shells without them coming out the bottom of the magazine. I put a single shell in, tried to cycle the action, but when I pulled it back the shell flew out of the back. Doesn't work, and also looks kinda rough.
Nice shotgun . I like how the barrel slides forwards and backwards. I wouldn't know what it could be for, though. I guess it helps make a tighter seal? It looks cool, whatever it's supposed to do.
And I like the look of the nuts and threads. They look crazy realistic.
I did have a few problems loading and firing it, like when I got it fully loaded and pulled the trigger, it wouldn't fire, but after I jiggled the bolt a few times it worked fine for a few shots, and then it would screw up again.
Overall, it's a really cool and good looking shotgun that works fairly well, especially for phun where there's no grid and it's difficult to make tight fitting things, but does screw up sometimes. 9/10
Fired properly once, the other two times the bullet skipped past the killer in the barrel. Of course, I'm using algodoo 2.0.0, so that might be why it didn't work so well.
Works how it's supposed to, no problems with the explosion triggering. I suggest you make the shrapnel go away over time. I have a simple code you can put into the circle spawning script:
;controlleracc := sim.time + X; density := {controlleracc<sim.time?{0}:{Y}}
Place that into your spawning script, change X to be how long you want the shrapnel to last (goes by seconds), and change Y to whatever you want your shrapnel density to be.
Oh my god..... I hooked his chin with the monkey wrench, and tore his head off. Then I hooked his chest and ripped him in half. Pretty horrific stuff.....
Ugh.....Just uses geometry controller, doesn't actually have any propulsion or targeting system or anything . The tower explodes on its own, too. Not a very good scene.
The launcher and rocket look kinda neat, but those are the only good things.
First, make it so the magazine stays in just by pushing it up into the gun. Much more convenient that having to press r every time you load a new magazine.
Second, make the bullets longer. The bullets spin when you fire them, which is not realistic, and in real life it would be insanely inaccurate.
Third, maybe make the trigger faster, if you can. I know how difficult it can be to get a trigger to work quickly, but this one is VERY slow.
Hopefully these suggestions help you out.
Overall, I'd give it a 7/10, because it does work, but it could work better.
