The previous Gearbrain walker had a fatal flaw that I only just now caught while I was looking at the theo jansen mechanism created by It`s_Friday.

The mechanism used by the Gearbrain walker was created by myself. I assumed that the theo Jansen mechanism was naturally unstable when split up, but when putting pens on It`s_Friday`s Theo Jansen mechanism I noticed that the patter made by it`s feet resembled an infinity sign or an 8 on it`s side.

The pattern of my mechanism`s foot was more like a teardrop on it`s side.

Realizing this meant It`s_Friday`s Theo Jansen Mechanism was more stable and had this different pattern of foot movement I decided to adapt it to the design used for the gearbrain walker.

Viola! What I got was a bipedal walker that is naturally stable even at twice the speed of the Gearbrain walker and it stays stable walking in forward and reverse.
