A functioning bipedal walker with both linear and horizontal counterweights. Adjusting the walking speed will probably make him topple.
The hardest part of making this one was balancing him. I found that slowing the simulation speed down and making tiny adjustments to the counterweight mass, and the motor speed, and seeing how the walker reacted was the best way to do it.
