So, I was very unsatisfied with the Modifier being so laggy.

For the past month or so, I've had nightmares and have been upset about the Modifier only running at 30FPS on the average system.

After lots and lots of tweaking, I have finally helped with that lag.

The lag isn't cured, but this one is easily 12FPS faster while scrolling and over 15FPS faster while not scrolling.

So now, I can finally put the Chives architecture to rest...

Almost forgot, this one's clock speed is in increments of 30HZ instead of 60HZ. The base clock modifier has been doubled to counteract that.

Aside from that, and shutdowns being 2x slower, this one functions identically.
