A rail gun uses magnetism. You don't even use attraction, so this is by no means a rail gun. But, it's a good gun, all the same.

Hm... The picture was labeled 1970. I might find images of Volkswagen rims and hubcaps from the time and finish it up.

The motor is too powerful. You could put something in the back to counteract that, like a wheelie bar, or just lower the power.
