1) Gears are not connected, this means it is not a 5 cylinder engine but 5 engines with 1 cylinder each
2) They are not even engines, there are just hinges spinning and pistons are just for looking because they are useless
Hmm, if you move the "launch station" a little far from where it is missiles will explode in mid air or just go up (and not steering). Seems pretty pretty good by the way, just keep working on it 9/10
I'll work on it as I have time, probably tomorrow but I'm not sure about it, and if I do not do it tomorrow I'll probably work on it on monday....in the next car I'll add a gearbox I'm testing with other spring engines (and it works well)
I think this thing is due to your processor (probably) that makes a bigger effort rendering the game at 500 hz and (maybe) doing some errors in the scene or missing some things....by the way this is really good, 9/10
Wow, seems every piston is spinning at any second, in fact if you brake the engine then you let it go then you stop it again and so on you'll notice that there is always a piston pushing, pretty good thing
Jesus mate, I tested this out with a gearbox and it runs jesusly christy great !! 10/10 ! I'll post the scene as a prototype because I would like to improve the car a little bit more, but once again it needs graphics because I'm not really good at it...
Yep but engine used 3 collision layers so I could only make 4 gears, I could also "build" the gearbox a little far from the engine but transmission absorbs a lot of energy, but I will try Thanks
More mass = more vibrations, more torque
Less mass = more stability, more speed, less torque
I'm not an expert on c engines but I know for sure that having less vibrations with more torque more stability more torque and more speed with lot of mass is possible on spring engines, so it could be possible here too maybe
A lot of people made laser gearbox, they're really easy to build and perfectly working A good thing is making an engine and build a gearbox on it, calibrating it to the engine's power, and that's a little bit more difficult...
