That makes sense. Thanks!
Hey Birchy!! the proportions seem to be off on the grenade launcher. Everything is reliable except the ejector. It doesn't seem to eject properly. Great potential for this.

The second half of the magazine seems to eject well. . . That's strange.

Anyways, try making an interrupter to keep the hammer from falling until the bolt closes completely. also, try making a semi-auto firing mode as well (whenever I make my weapons, I start with semi-auto, the automatic, and then, if I can, Burst)

The mechanisms are not too hard for these (except for burst, as that requires a bit more mechanical perfection and balance).

may I post a scene response showing how auto and semi work for the AK rifles and m16?

just be careful with patent laws ;)

The one the thumbnail shows is the firing mech for the M16. The AK 47 is on the right

This is well done:tup:
Did you get some inspiration from some of the things I make?
This is still pretty easy. Completed it perfectly in one try:P

Great scene though!
No cheating (I just happen to be good at these. Had the real thing when I was a bit younger)
Hey, I like the curved magazine and the design a lot! Let's see if anyone else submits anything.
This is very creative!
I just noticed the bullpup won't work. There isn't sufficient room in the stock to allow a bolt and bolt carrier to be able to feed ammunition. maybe make it into a standard-style rifle?
Red, Blue, and Light Green have been eliminated
Mind=exploded. 10/10
yeah, I am trying to come up with a mechanism that allows the bolt carrier to only move when the operating handle is locked. Otherwise, malfunctions happen. Expect future updates XD
Okay, this is significantly harder than the original V.2. :o
This is relaxing . . .
Runs like clockwork. I was blown away at the script.
VZstrikez08,

I could post a forum topic explaining everything as much as possible. I can also make example scenes to show how these things function. The mechanisms can be a bit finicky for some things, and a little TLC and tiny adjustments make a huge difference in performance. There are times where I completed a complex firearm in under two hours and uploaded a little later after making sure everything works well. Then there have been times I was pulling my hair out over something as simple as the magazine follower being fussy. Or a fail to feed (Xray, your PM40 was a pain to get feeding properly XD.) I will post a tutorials post in the tutorials forum with links to DIY scenes (interactive tutorials) as well as explanation scenes.
I will take a look (I love requests for anything)

EDIT: I took a look, and it reminds me of a .22 LR Taurus I fired a few times. It also has no ejector. Is your 21A in a Bruniton or Inox finish?

ha XD awesome!
I have posted a tutorial forum Post explaining a few mechanisms that are necessary for a good firearm. check it out
Okay, thanks. keep your eyes peeled for it on here
easy to do. Because it is a baretta, does it have a single and double action trigger?
I will record a quick video to show how everything works XD it fires every shot for me.

EDIT:

I noticed the issue you were having. it is fixed now

thanks!
REALLY COOL!!! very reliable mechanisms, but there seems to be a problem with an occasional casing flying into the feed ramp while firing.
Glad to hear that you are getting ideas for your future projects
Great! now just work on adding some power to the shots and making the gun work manually. Also, add more ammo to the magazine. Five round full auto is hardly a burst of fire XD
I could try ;D
Mika,

Elaborate a little on what it means for a gun to "load itself." If you mean it grabs the magazine and inserts it automatically, then I don't even know where to start. Explosive bullets in full auto? I technically have a fully automatic grenade launcher with explosive ammo
or just oversight. I am currently working on a field stripping Sig Sauer P226 that field strips (SHHH!). I will fix that issue soon.

EDIT: actually, I took a look at it, and It was an easy fix. Uploading a new version now
