from what i can see it is just a suspension with springs that are starting as very long and are highly damped
cool, a nice twist on crushing cars; a bad day outlet
also thanks for remembering to put credit for the wheels
for me, in phun, the valves are all screwy. they always pop out and such

i dont like to put riders A) because i suck at drawing people and B) they get in the way of the cool bike i just made  LOL
well i will certainly participate in the challenge.
the list of rules may be HUGE
hmmmm... let me think
my computer almost never lags. for this scene it lagged like heck!

remember that there is ALREADY an invisible circle behind the wheel (select in between the spokes) and add the center hinge to that invisible circle. it works better that way

these wheels where an of and on side project but i would have to say total time including coloring probably took less than two hours. Plus i only made one spoke then copied and rotated it by 72 degrees in order to get 5 spokes

any other questions? i will be happy to answer

(this is not how i make cars but you may want to look at this link:)

lol
oh i think i forgot to mention, I LOVE your basketball scene
but they dont make a difference really
i would suggest just using an arm. and if you have to do a slider just use 3 boxes with no friction. that is what i do
instead of using a spawn engine use a collision engine such as my v32 engine. (that type is powerful and strong)
OMG this should be rated higher
i think i will advertise this on my next big project...
ajust the density of the suspension arm to something higher and go from there
i would delete some of the cars or try different things that may reduce how laggy they are
experiment, that is how you improve

dezzeron was suggesting making your own out of shapes rather than textures, plus they could be squishable instead of shattery
it is pretty beastly for a moped dont you think?
thank you simey
the hoeken linkage was the only one that would work in the size constraints of the gun and provide good motion
:)
reallisticly shouldnt they move to the opposite direction of the motion to counteract tipping?...

lol, even funnier!
just put little . . . . . s for spacing
i dont have algodoo and i dont know if it works but it looks BEAST
epic awesome and good to learn from as well (though i learned by the old tutorial)
you can see what i learned in the gun right next to this on the popular pages right next to this one. (as of this comment)
ahhh... memories of my first truck, and what my vehicles used to look like
10/10 for memories :*)

a few tips:
dont actually make the wheels out of rubber
take a look at my rim tutorial (method 2) and at my old flatbed tow truck's wheels. then try to see if you can make something similar

this is fairly good for a first upload, so i give you that
unlike many first cars that dont have suspension and are just texture cutouts, this is actually good

keep up the good work here! I look forward to future scenes from you
be sure to rate my KTM 990. it is my best scene
i hope the wheel tutorial helps:tup:
and i forgot to mention: Great job including suspended cab. Most people forget that

oooh do the A-10
it is awesome!!!!
i would say it is probably against the rules because KERS has the word kenetic in it.
i do like this idea though
the only thing is that human error may increase its power, if it sits then it twitches sometimes and makes the battery go up
oooh nice changes to the looks
minus maybe the wheels, you forgot to but a black circle behind the rim part and make the wheels only very dark grey
and the wheels arent shiny...

i do like the beauty changes, they make the vehicle look much better
good job here, it is good looking in some spots and not so much on others
the front area is good
the back (minus the lights) is good
however there are questionable shadings on the bottom of the car
and the wheels are less than good

take a look at my rim tutorial for help with the wheels
great collab
i cant really find any glaring mistakes except for the hinges being visible

i do have a suggestion though: show off the engine
and make the exaust a bit less harsh (POLLUTION out the ...)

as far as the body goes it is all good
but the BFGoodrich, Eagle sx/4, and pro rallie look like they were afterthoughts
the only other thing is it seems like some of the roof should have a bit of red

definitly better than an individual thing since it has more flaws worked out
Great job guys
it is good but it has a lot of unnecessary overcomplication
and it seems to be a little bit unreliable

make some ajustments
and make it all manual (with the option of using the motor [slower]) and it will be perfect
ok 20
i am only 14 so i dont own a car to make:(
but oh well i will make my dad's cars  (68 charger; 67 polara)

anyways my first impression from the sceenshot little picture was:
"hmmm who found that nice texture?"
and then i realized it wasnt a texture! i had to click it bigger though!!

i would suggest changing the front to match the perspective of the rest of the car and call it 3D. because it looks like you where looking from the front a little bit

the shadings are very nice and the colors look great
the reverse is fast and the breaking takes ages. (so long i gave up trying to stop...)

keep up the good work:tup:
and welcome back ;)
