Here are the pros/cons I found:

PROS
-has a balancing technique +1
-driving is smooth +1
-colored nicely +1
-balanced sec. meter +1

CONS
-sec. meter does not work -1
-track is very short -1

This comes out as:
+4 -2 = 7/10 :)
