your bolt is to heavy, the charging handle shouldn't contact the shell, the spinning firing circle goes just a little to fast, and the killer on the spinning circle is to long.

It's a benchrest rifle, these features are pretty common in the benchrest circuit, But I know what you mean. I'm planning on making an Armalite AR-50.*UPDATE* I uploaded an armalite Ar-50.
