i'd attach antimatery circles to normal circles
make a gun of it
with a killer that if the bullet leaves the gun the matery circle gets killed and only antimatery is left with it's momentum

i like it but it misses something..
something to spawn new water + something to make sure there will be no high presure + something to make it stop and start
