The guy who first did this might wonder what his idea would yield in the future. Now, you can watch a video of a man loudly yelling meow at an egg. Sure he would be so proud.
Hey, RiBi, looks really cool! I made a laser-based system that works a lot faster than this, though!

PizzaLies - open material menu for all the objects you want to have gravity. set attraction to whatever number above 1, then with those same objects still selected, open velocities, and send into orbit!
Ahyan Bin - Ternary means base 3. You aren't getting the expected output because you're assuming it is a binary adder, when it isn't. If it isn't called a binary adder, and it doesn't work like a binary adder, and nothing in the scene ever calls it a binary adder, what if (bear with me) it isn't a binary adder? Maybe ternary is an entirely different system?
Oh, how technology evolves! We began with mechanical systems similar but not identical to this, and now we have technology that can even simulate such archaic machines!
Btw, you just may have been outdone... http://www.algodoo.com/algobox/details.php?id=233381 is a laser based system I designed over the course of a weekend, and an x-bit adder can complete a full addition of any two x-bit numbers in x frames.
replace x with any number you need
s_noonan - I think I remember reading somewhere in algodoo's console that restitution between two objects is calculated as the lesser of the two, but I had experimented to find that actually, it's most likely the product of the two.
Oh, i may have made a mistake somewhere, those buttons were indeed yellow at some point... now that i remember, the code only turns them green if they are red to start, so i had to change them back to red, but didnt update the instructions.
I'm afraid you've been obsoleted... the better half of an ALU can fit in two components, a box and laser...

nikoki, you're now officially my favorite creator! You're infinitely more generous than other people nowadays, I'm gonna learn how to use these, and though you dont ask for it you will still get credit if I post anything!
I've developed components that work within a single game tick!
They were inspired by this scene and a few others!
