Looks good. It is definately hard to control, so I hope you simplify it a bit. I would also like to see retractable landing gear, Maybe a dashboard if you have the skills? Not to mention rag doll needs improvement, and clothes!

So much harder than it needs to be!
You can make a perfectly good helicopter using a little bit of scripting. This is unstable, and too hard to control.
Have a look at some of the helicopter engines on Algobox, and maybe copy them instead of a YouTube video.
