Yep, as the title says, it can reach up to 120k rpm!
I Tested it in a test-mule (a 1 speed gearboxed 1.4 ton Bimmer) and it ended up pretty well(Top Speed:180mph and good acceleration).

Yes,It's an improvement to the V2 Spring-Rotary Engine! (Too lazy to make a scene respond)

Simulation Frequency: 300hz
Spring Constant: 1.00 * 10^5
Spring Damping: -1.2
Spring Target Length: 0.6 m
Engine Weight: approx 192 kg
Rpm( before installed to test-mule ): approx 120k rpm
Rpm( after installed to test-mule ): approx 36k rpm
