This "Ball Device" is called "Galilean Cannon" (search for that on wikipedia or youtube!)
There are NO scripts, cheats or anything else. It is absolutely possible to build such a "device" in reallife.
The biggest ball transfers most of the energy by bouncing to the smallest one.
The physical Law, that makes it possible is called "Conservation of Momentum".
