This is a cheap knockoff of Kilinich's onStopHitByLaser event. "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery"

Rev A: Changed mode of operation for improved reliability at high simulation speeds.

This is how it works:

Local _refCount gets set to the global scene.my.refLaserCount in the onLaserHit or onHitByLaser events. The master laser increments scene.my.refLaserCount once per onLaserHit event. If the slave object stops getting onLaserHit or onHitByLaser events, then the _refCount drops more than 1 count below scene.my.refLaserCount and the _onNotLaserHit or _onNotHitByLaser event is raised.
