lol, you can't really make the internet without making a full blown frickin protocol, (google is your friend) and the thyme would be really complicated...

MintyChipp is right that it would be complicated, but not impossible. I have some communication-related mechanisms scattered among my scenes that you can use (with credit, of course). Really, though, what kind of information are you hoping to send across these lines? Text strings, numbers, low-rez images or videos? Maybe instructions for a remote-controlled vehicle or computer? the possibilities are nearly endless.
