never thought of a bottom-ejecting mechanism. it seems to work well.

The ejection actually gave me big headaches :lol: I had to almost calculate the angle of the mag thingy-that-impulses-the-empty-shells-down to make it work properly, otherwise the shells jammed the mechanism, or slowed it down and the pin didn't go forward

Duh just script it so the casing changes to collide set 0 and Z Depth 500 tward the end of bolt stroke for a 3d effect?

Nope. if you change zDepth playing/paused, you have to do something and undo it to make the effect visible
no you don't
Oncollide e:other zDepth=whatever you want?

You have to undo after changing zDepth for it to change, try for yourself
