i know its bad but i spent at least 20 min working on this (20 min to delete the springs when i cloned it and anothe 10 min to put the stings back on but i wouldnt call it a masterpiece

Here are some tips:
Use the grid while making it, I recommend the 3 axis-grid. It helps you placing circles and springs at exactly a specific point.

first only make the circles, then a few springs, and then duplicate the springs on other parts of the softbody, so that in the end, every ball is connected wth the surrounding ones. Also remember not to connect them with the background, and always use the grid
