Algodoo

This uses a concept for a realistic turbo in algodoo. using the spawned balls and manipulating them as exhaust and directing them through a manifold, we can use them to power a "turbocharger", whose angular velocity coefficient can be added to the density of the spawned balls for more power.

controls:
I to toggle ignition, default is OFF
S to start engine, hold until engine fires up (ignition should be on)
W to throttle up
