KEYS:- 1,2,3,4 move the gates up and down
up/down pumps water up or down
THE PUMPS ONLY PUMP WATER WHEN THE GATES ARE AT THE VERY TOP - the `valve` is under the piston - this IS intentional as it removes the need for an extra valve mechanism.
