BTW - The parade crowd picture appears smoother if you increase the sim freq to 100Hz.

Another improvement would be to make the girl flexible (she's much too stiff to be surfing!).

There is just one more thing that should be done if you are concerned with accuracy (and I know that you are). The girl is in the foreground, and therefore should appear larger than the people in the background, but she is smaller. Therefore, the perspective is not correct. If you adjust either the size of the people in the background, or the size of the girl in the foreground, the scene will look more natural.

Pretty cool, that's kinda the way I did my surfer girl scene but mine got way complicated real quick and was a little bit of a nightmare to make work right but finally worked good after a while.
