I created a 3D looking highway just for fun. You can take a look at the script if you want to see how it was done. I know that it has flaws and it isn't perfect, but it was just an experiment of mine.

Also, feel free to use this or any part of it (including the car) in your own scenes.

You can change the simulated speed of the car by changing the simulation speed (hover your cursor over the Start/Pause button at the bottom of the screen, and the simulation speed slider will show).
