I made some minor embellishments to manu1's excellent scene, "running man". His running man is all black, and therefore you cannot determine which arm and leg is in the foreground and background at any point in time. So, I gave his arms and legs slightly different color shades, and I also put springs on his head so that it bounces like a real runner. Now it looks more realistic.

I disabled ratings because this scene totally belongs to manu1 even though I made a few improvements to it.

EDIT: I added a background image to improve the overall look of the scene.
