A parody of the popular game "Minecraft"! This time, it features a ball as the player!

INFO/INSTRUCTIONS

To move, use left and right arrow keys.
To jump, use the up key.
To target block, use mouse position.
To destroy block, click and hold while aiming.
Different blocks take different time of breaking.

IT IS ONLY MY FIRST BETA TEST VERSION. IT IS NOT EVEN AN OFFICIAL VERSION. MINEBALL STILL CANNOT PLACE BLOCKS. :o

-Added 4 blocks, dirt, wood, stone, leaf
-Added tally count of dirt, wood, and stone
-Leaf doesn't give anything
-Stone gives cobblestone

Oh,and a question since I can't get on my account on the forums(probably hacker,or I am just messing up the password:bonk: ),and I want to know how you got the laser to be mouse-click activated.:tup:
OKAY! I'll answer that. Do you know how to make a spawn script? An example to spawn a circle on onCollide would be - scene.AddCircle({pos = e.pos; etc.}). If you do, then all you need to do is set up a spawn script for a laser [scene.addLaserPen] and in the entity description type in - activationButton = mouse_left. But your not going to spawn it on laser hit or on collide. With this script, you type it into the console (open with this ~, or F10) and press enter. Your spawned entity will appear. HOPE IT HELPS! :tup:

PHUNGL - The activationButton parameter (in this case "mouse_left") must be in quotes. So, the actual syntax is: activationButton := "mouse_left" Also, you should use := instead of just =.

Hey PHUNGL(sorry for asking a lot of questions),can you make a scene of that shows people how to make the mouse follow mechanic you use in this scene,because its been impossible for me to replicate.

VZstrikez08 - You really should learn how to use the edit function so that you don't clutter up the comments area with so many comments every time you think of something to add. It's really pretty simple. ;)

Well,I use the built in Algodoo browser so I can't do certain stuff and I am having technical issues with the site so I can't use that.:lol:
Yes, if you use the built-in browser, then you are very limited on what you can do, and you cannot edit your existing comments. Why don't you use a regular browser like Internet Explorer or Firefox, etc?

Maybe we can help you with your technical problems. If you want, I could pass along your problems to the other Admins and maybe between us, we can figure out what's causing them and advise you what to do. Let me know.

oh, you where not at algobox because you whore working on this?
I think this game can be improved, instead of scripting the boxes' colors just put that code into laser's onLaserHit event to make the game so much fluid. To broke a block, a better animation can be a help to make a nicer game.. but it needs time.
Like I said, tis only a beta, maybe not a beta, even a pre-alpha. It is a long-term project, but thanks for the advice, lololoer! I do hope I can see some more of your fantastic scenes! :tup: :D

PHUNGL if you will spend some more time into this, take the textures from terrain.png in the minecraft files (now I think it's in the .jar), cut them and scale it with Paint or any other software that won't do a smoothing of the textures.
I like it! Also it's simple to make the break animation, just ensure to have the textures loaded into hidden boxes before uploading the scene, because if you don't then Algodoo will think that it's not necessary to upload the textures because they're not displayed, and when someone downloads the scene and tries to break a block it will show up as white.
Glad to collab if you want, with that of the textures because I've created a texture pack for Minebuilder (Android game better than MCPE but with 64*64 textures)!:lol:

I noticed that you can climb by holding down jump and constantly bumping the block you are climbing. Is this intentional or a bug?
