Uses one line of code to script ratchet.

Note: This ratchet is essentially the same as Kilinich's "Simple scripted ratchet". I didn't realize it at the time I made it. Who knows I might have seen Kilinich's scene a while ago and forgot, then later recalled the code, thinking it was my own idea. Next time I will search the scenes.
