Drive car 1 km and see how well you did in terms of joules per meter.

The boxes give energy usage info while driving. Total Joules per meter is a measure of driving efficiency. Use your best driving skills to get the lowest total JPM reading you can, then drive with many starts and stops and see the increase in JPM. You can also travel at fixed speeds (100 RPM = 11 km/hr) and see the effect of wind resistance on energy usage per meter.
