Just a collision engine that has an infinite motor torque brake on it, and it still spins. Hasn't been tested in any vehicles or anything, but I imagine it's pretty strong because it's practically unstoppable by dragging and braking. The plot on the left is the angular velocity of the crank shaft, and the axle options on the right are for the crank shaft brake.
