Um, just a hole punch. It`s nothing like a ratchet punch, more like a hydraulic punch, but it uses a ratchet, so, meh.

Drag the handle back and forth to use it, or use A and D (yes, I know, the handle turns all the way around). When the light on the right turns red, hold S until it`s green, then hold W for a second or so, and go again.
