Q to make the Eye Gauger open
W to make the Eye Gauger close
Put the eye remains in the bin, and fixate the new eye on the eyestem/remains of eye
to change the brain you have to delete all of the hinges attaching to the brain and put the new one in without damaging anything, this took me like 5 minutes and dont say its crap its my first surgery type of thing, and im not that old tbh, and its a beta, sorry no blood because my laptop cant handle water/blood
