This is my rendition of a mouse-operated crane. S to close the claw, W to open it. The claw's a bit junky, if I make significant improvements I'll upload it. Comments and criticism welcome as usual.

That's one awesome mouse-follower! I suggest that you use mouse-click-triggered hinges for the claw (see http://www.algodoo.com/fo … amp;t=3493 for a tutorial). Again, that is one very nifty mouse-following crane!:)

Somewhat generic, but I'll try. ;)
The red thing at the bottom of the claw mechanism is the "computer" that calculates where the mouse is in relation to it. It then adjusts the length of the spring or the speed of the hinges up top to try and follow the mouse.
