it turns in the wrong direction compared to the strokes..
when the displacer piston (the large one) is at the cold end (so the air gets heated up), the power piston (the small one) should be going up. when the displacer piston is at the hot end, the the air cools down (and retracts again), and the displacer piston should go down..

simple explanation: just turn it leftwise..

btw u can slow the fire down just look at the script at the bottom and chnge the 15 to 10:tup: :tup:
