Cool, just fix smoke's collideSet to avoid laser rays collision or make it affect less

Still a little problem - after lasers refract smoke it can hit glass even it's far from rays... Try to move it slowly through the lasers under rays.

Sometimes, a ray refracts even if there is nothing...
Isn't it Algodoo's bug?

not laser's bug, but maybe CSG's bug...
(there were unseen garbage polygons):(
