I'm really don't know how it works, but it works perfect.
I've test same tank with classic suspension and can't find why this can be better :+ so looks like it's useless and will be just a concept for a better times...
I'm sure you'll find some way to use it. I didn't think there was anything you could do with distant-hinge concept, but you proved me wrong.
Could you explain the distant hinge thing, like how to do it?
I have seen how it can completely eliminate conecting rods in a reciprocating type engine in one example you have shared. I like to make realistic looking educational engines but hinge stretch realy hurts the performance and I think you could use the distant hinge concept to transmit the real power and make the realistic looking parts not realy carry any load, thinking out loud:rolleyes:
