Just like my last creation, only I fixed the clock. All of the hands are should be accurate..., and THE MILLISECOND HAND DOES NOT GO BY THE TIME. The Millisecond hand (the fast, small one) goes at 10 times the speed of the Second hand.

I fixed it in about 10 minutes.

Don`t give it crap ratings just because you didn`t read the top description.
