I used a conveyor belt and some awesome wood thing to get him across.
I fixed the wood at the start, so now you don't get stuck.

Edit #1: I dled my scene and he was already across, sooo, I edited the save and it is fixed now.

You should set the friction of the wood at the start to 0, because the ragdoll usually stops his journey at that point.
