Mars Science Laboratory (MSL) mission.
This is a Mars rover, that will be used for NASA mission to Mars. I tried to make a similar rocker-bogie suspension system, descent module "Sky crane" (see more about the mission), descent and detach-landing procedure for rover. The rover (in this scene) features a powerful robotic arm, a samples container (t can carry about 100 kg of weight) and a fake RTG (Radioisotope thermoelectric generator).
