Use J and L to extend and retract the chain and claw, use Numpad keys:
4 to retract the arm, 6 to extend the arm, 8 to raise the arm, and 2 to lower the arm.
Press Numpad 1 to lower the 'feet' and Numpad 7 to raise the 'feet'.
Press Numpad 3 to open the claw on the end of the chain.
And finally, use the arrow keys to drive the crane, press the brake key (down arrow key) once to stop the crane from moving.

p.s, you will need to retract the chain and claw as soon as you start using the J abd L keys.
